After our family went through several health challenges, one Doctor reminded us that we were responsible for our own health. That coupled with the fact, that when illness arose, the common response was, "We don't have the answers." We searched all over to get help to save members of our family to no avail. It was at that time we turned to alternative medicine. It just made more sense, that if you fed the body what it craves, it will reward you with good health.

I started this collection of articles which I constantly refer to for health reminders. They have come from various experts in the field. Feel free to look over them yourself.
